The AI Panel

Each major AI is a judge. Every judge gets the same packet: the GOAT Standard, the rules, and the candidates’ raw records, but not the Machine’s scores. Each returns a ranking with a reason for every pick, plus 0–10 ratings for impact and character, the two things numbers can’t measure. Judges also rank across sports, which the Machine won’t do. Ballots are stored word for word, dated, and never edited. The consensus is a Borda count.
